Dubai’s hotel inventory expanded to 158,700 keys across 770 establishments last year, reflecting the city’s continued growth as a global tourism hub. According to Cavendish Maxwell, nearly 70 percent of these properties fall within the high-end category, underscoring Dubai’s strong focus on luxury hospitality and its appeal to premium travelers worldwide.
